Within our Operations practice, the Energy & Networks team supports players in the energy, utilities, and natural resources sectors in their strategic, operational, and technological transformations. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Your Missions:
- Intervene on high-impact missions with major industrial and energy players, across all their transformations: strategic studies, upstream analyses, design and structuring of large industrial and energy programs, steering of initiative portfolios, and support for highly complex transformation projects.
- Strengthen your functional skills through internal and certified training, while developing your sectoral expertise with direct exposure to the structuring trends of energy, utilities, and resources.
- Integrate a team where benevolence, empathy, and collaboration are a daily reality, with a managerial culture focused on trust and the desire to develop and support our employees.
- Pilot projects around transformation of operations for major electricity players.
- Optimize supply chain traceability in a strategic environment.
- Supervise client teams on missions, structuring work, coordinating stakeholders, securing the quality of deliverables, and ensuring compliance with commitments, with a constant focus on excellence and value creation.
- You will also contribute to the development of the team within and outside the firm by assisting with the following:
- Animation and development of our internal and external communication.

- Your Profile:
- You are a graduate of an engineering school, business school, or University (Bac+5), possibly supplemented by a Specialized Master relevant to the EU&R sector.
- You have confirmed experience in consulting with EU&R sector players or significant experience within an energy and utilities company.
- You are comfortable working daily in English and French (written and oral).
- Leadership and ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams.
- Management of complex projects, coordination of stakeholders, and business orientation.
- Ability to carry the vision, drive innovation, and maintain client relationships.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with high-level interlocutors.
- Analytical and strategic mind, impact-oriented, and problem-solving.
- Your curiosity and rigor allow you to apprehend varied, often multi-disciplinary situations in international contexts.
- You are comfortable with digital tools (collaborative tools, data analysis and/or visualization tools, etc.).
