As a Contract Lifecycle Management Associate within Managed Services, this role serves as the main point of contact for managing HCP/HCO contracts from intake through their entire lifecycle. Responsibilities include efficient template drafting, redline review, e-signature, amendments, and meticulous system of record upload, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The position emphasizes high-volume contract efficiency, involving creation, drafting, processing, and careful review for completeness and alignment with internal policies. Key duties also encompass routing contracts for signature, recordkeeping, and coordinating with legal teams for redline requests and amendments, while actively supporting the adoption of automation tools and contract lifecycle management (CLM) technologies to enhance process improvement and overall efficiency.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • 1–5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.g., Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across stakeholder levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of accountability, adaptability, and collaborative team spirit.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 20%.
