The Debt & Capital Advisory (DCA) team, operating within PwC Deals in PwC Poland, consists of a team of specialists. We deal with projects in the area of financing acquisition, OZE (Renewable Energy Sources) transactions, and restructuring. We conduct financing for new investment projects and assist in debt refinancing. We also take action in crisis situations when smart decisions and quick actions are necessary. We also finance projects related to the renewable energy industry, both in debt and M&A. Our daily life involves new challenges, a changing environment, and ambitious clients. Regardless of what our client intends, as experts, we assist throughout the entire end-to-end process. We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant (Energy / RES) to join our team.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your Future Role:
- Participation in obtaining various forms of financing on the Polish and international markets.
- Support for investment financing, including large infrastructure investments, M&A financing.
- Co-creation and participation in the implementation of financing strategies for the largest Polish enterprises.
- Introducing changes to the terms of existing financing for our clients.
- Participation in transactions in the area of OZE assets and infrastructure (debt and M&A).
- Building financial models.
- Developing financial and market analyses.
- Assessing the financial condition of enterprises.
- Working with advanced transactional documentation.
Apply if you have:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance (debt advisory, valuations, financial modeling, M&A) or in a bank's structured finance / investment banking team.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and a desire to learn advanced data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in everyday work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- Fluent command of English and Polish.
- Highly developed analytical and communication skills, and full commitment to your tasks.
Welcome (Preferred):
- ACCA, CIMA, DI, MPW, or CFA qualifications.
- Practical professional experience in the energy sector, with particular emphasis on renewable energy sources (OZE).
