Rewarding personnel is not just about offering salaries and secondary benefits. More than ever, organizations are challenged to meet the demand for talent, manage the costs of compensation and benefits, and maximize the return on total human capital investment. The challenges in workforce planning, combined with increased attention to ESG-related topics, have not only changed the way we think about (executive) reward but also the effect that the design of executive compensation has on organizations and the community as a whole.
Are you a legal or tax professional with an interest in Executive Reward and want to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team where you can broaden your knowledge, particularly on a wide range of executive reward-related topics (tax, governance, target setting, plan design, implementation, and more)? Then we are looking for you to strengthen our Executive Reward team!
