The Application Evolution Services team at
PwC Poland focuses on the constant monitoring, improvement, and development of innovative Customer Experience solutions for our clients. Our work involves ensuring seamless application operations, introducing new functionalities, and optimizing existing products to align with client growth. We specialize in repairing, creating change requests (CRs), documenting, and providing training to client employees, striving for solutions that advance in parallel with our clients’ needs. We deploy cutting-edge Customer Experience solutions, ensuring high reliability and user satisfaction in the evolving IT and finance landscape.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience in designing and developing solutions with SAP BPC - min 3 years experience.
- Knowledge of the SAP Finance and Controlling modules - min 3 years experience.
- Written and spoken German - min. B2.
- Written and spoken English - min B2.
- Experience in the processing of tickets as part of an application managed service as well as the Implementation of change requests - min 3 years experience.
- Completed university degree (Bachelor / Master) or comparable training.
- Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
