Technology Consulting team and play a key role in delivering business analysis and
Digital Transformation initiatives for clients across the Government and Private Sector in Cyprus. You will work on large‑scale digital, IT and operational transformation programmes, supporting clients in defining business needs, optimising processes, and translating requirements into effective technology‑enabled solutions. You will be exposed to PwC’s proprietary methodologies, tools and global best practices, enabling you to deliver high‑quality outcomes in a structured and reliable manner. The primary work location is our PwC office in Nicosia, with a hybrid work model combining client visits, office presence, and remote work depending on project needs. Flexibility is key to meeting project deadlines, so adaptable working hours may be required. Your responsibilities include comprehensive analysis of client business processes, identifying operational gaps, designing future-state application landscapes (including
ERP, CRM, HRMS), supporting strategic decisions, contributing to business development, translating complex needs into technical requirements, participating in system implementation, and producing high-quality documentation.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in a technology consulting, business analysis, or systems implementation role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, methodologies and best practices.
- Understanding of key business processes across core functions including Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and Human Capital.
- Experience working on IT implementations, digital transformation, process re‑engineering or data‑driven initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise applications is considered an advantage, including:
- ERP: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- CRM: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- HRMS: Oracle, SAP, Exelsys
- EPM: Oracle, SAP
- Relevant professional qualifications and certifications considered a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for seeing the bigger picture while paying attention to detail.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning and personal development.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, Power BI, Excel or similar business analysis and collaboration tools.
- Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal) is essential.
