Eligibility / Qualification Required:
A leading organization in the construction and infrastructure industry is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project lifecycle operations , from excavation to final handover. This role requires deep technical understanding, leadership capability, and strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, structural, and architectural units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all civil construction activities from initial excavation to project handover.
- Oversee planning, execution, quality control, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams for seamless project integration.
- Ensure compliance with ADM, DM, Civil Defense , and all relevant UAE engineering standards.
- Drive adherence to project schedules, cost controls, and safety standards.
- Present project updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Arab National (Levant preferred).
- Strong leadership in large-scale civil projects.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE standards, authority approvals, and regulatory processes.
- Ability to manage complex construction workflows and resolve site challenges effectively.
