- Collect existing system and architecture data, identify IT pain points and risks, formulate IT development blueprints and investment priorities, and present to management the purpose and benefits of investment.
- Participate in planning and tracking IT projects and demand lists, assist with scheduling, resource, and risk management, organize meeting minutes and action items, and produce project progress and results reports.
- Understand the current division of labor and operational processes of the IT department, assist in reviewing and optimizing processes such as demand, projects, and changes, and design role divisions, service content, and KPI/reports.
- Collaborate with business and IT to identify process pain points and digitalization opportunities, assist in defining improvement goals and requirements, and support the design and promotion of process optimization and digitalization solutions.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Required Conditions:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with one of the following backgrounds:
- Enterprise side: IT Information Department, Transformation Office, IT PMO, or similar units, with actual participation in IT or digital projects.
- Technology Consultant/Project Management: Experience in Cloud, ERP, CRM, data platforms, information security, etc., having participated in large-scale system implementation or optimization projects.
- System Integration Consultant/Analyst: Participated in IT implementation, process improvement, digital transformation, project management, or related projects.
- Possess basic business and financial concepts: understand concepts such as budget, cost, and benefits, and be willing to learn how to quantify IT projects into investments and returns.
- Proficient in common tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, with good document and report writing skills.
- Good logical thinking, able to clearly present problems and suggestions with charts and presentations.
- Good communication and expression skills, capable of reading and writing English documents (English presentation skills preferred).
- Bonus Conditions:
- Participated in any of the following types of work:
- Large-scale IT projects integrating multiple business units/countries or multiple systems.
- Overall IT planning, IT organizational adjustment, IT governance, or IT budget management.
- IT evaluation (IT Due Diligence) in mergers and acquisitions or major investment cases.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications is a plus, such as:
- Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
- IT Service Management (ITIL, etc.)
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Information Security, Data, or AI related certifications.
- Prior experience working in a consulting firm or a large group headquarters is preferred.
