Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Gather client functional needs related to Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking, and understand how these needs align with Workday functionalities.
- In collaboration with team members, configure the Workday solution to meet client requirements for HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
- Provide support to the client and project team during the testing phase of the Workday solution.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer initiatives and provide training to clients on the Workday solution.
- Recommend best practices to effectively address complex client requirements.
- Assist in the development of functional specifications for reporting and integration needs.
- Resolve issues encountered during testing, as well as problems related to configuration, business processes, data migration, documentation, or user inexperience.
- Successfully complete Workday training and obtain relevant certifications.
- Participate in the process of responding to tender invitations (appels d'offres).
- Contribute to various internal innovation activities within the firm.
- Strictly adhere to the firm's code of ethics and professional conduct.
- Possess strong functional and technical knowledge in Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday solutions or other major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, UKG, or other significant Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms.
- Proven experience in facilitating client workshops, participating in implementation projects, and providing technical support.
- Ability to create reference and training documents, facilitate knowledge transfer to clients, and train super-users.
- Capacity to communicate effectively with diverse individuals at various organizational levels.
- Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working effectively with people from diverse cultures and perspectives.
- Advanced proficiency in both French and English languages.
