Eligibility / Qualification Required:
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for identifying potential clients through market research and analysis, driving business development and achieving assigned sales targets. The role includes strong field sales exposure with daily client visits, pipeline development and maintaining long-term client relationships. The position ensures effective sales execution from lead generation to order fulfillment while delivering excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily field visits to potential and existing corporate clients for business development
- Identify, research, and approach new B2B customers to generate sales opportunities
- Prepare and submit monthly visit plans and detailed market visit reports
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear follow-ups and closure timelines
- Conduct product presentations and pitches to highlight product benefits and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
- Understand client requirements and provide customized product solutions
- Ensure strong after-sales support and customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence
- Search and manage tender opportunities, including preparation and submission of quotations
- Coordinate with costing and internal teams for tender pricing and approvals
- Manage key accounts including follow-ups for orders, payments, and documentation
- Ensure timely stock availability coordination for smooth order execution
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to support brand visibility
- Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by management
Education: Minimum Graduation
Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B field sales with regular client visits, preferably in product selling
