We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join our Piracicaba team. If you are a challenge-driven person determined to make a difference, we want to meet you! Your role in this journey involves: Developing, documenting, and executing test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web and mobile applications (where applicable). Performing manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, usability, performance, and security. Meticulously identifying, recording, and documenting any issues found during the testing process using appropriate defect management tools. Collaborating with developers and other team members to resolve issues quickly. Monitoring and reporting on key testing performance indicators, providing detailed insights to the product team. Working collaboratively in an agile environment, actively participating in sprint meetings and retrospectives to improve processes.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience in software testing quality.
- Experience in creating and executing automated tests using tools such as Selenium, JUnit or similar.
- Practical knowledge of version control practices and tools, continuous integration, and bug tracking, such as Git and JIRA.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and best practices, including exploratory and regression testing techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Education: Graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas.
- Software testing certifications, such as ISTQB, are highly desirable and a competitive advantage.
