You will not process payroll for our clients; instead, you will be part of our broad advisory team. We assist clients in complying with tax laws and regulations or during payroll migration processes. We also provide clients with insights through analyses of their payroll data and processes. As a Payroll Consultant, you will work within our Employment Tax team. You will not process payroll for our clients; rather, you will advise, analyze, and control to help clients enhance the quality of their payroll. In this role, you will: conduct project-based data analyses and controls during annual account audits; assess the process (documentation) and output of payroll administrations at large organizations, paying special attention to the correct application of relevant laws and regulations; identify and advise on risks and opportunities in payroll administrations, stemming from sector developments and legal changes; actively contribute to new analyses and the use of GenAI applications, enabling clients to maximize insights from their HR, payroll, and financial data; advise clients on various questions related to payroll administrations.
