Responsibilities Oversee all overnight front office operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to resort standards. Complete the nightly audit and prepare all required financial and operational reports. Welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, establish payment methods, and explain accommodations and resort amenities. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, resolve concerns, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Assist guests with questions regarding resort services, amenities, operating hours, local attractions, transportation, and in-house events. Operate the property's hotel management system to process reservations, room assignments, guest accounts, and daily reports. Accept, modify, and cancel reservations during overnight hours when the Reservations Department is unavailable. Maintain and reconcile the front desk cash bank, including processing cash transactions and balancing all receipts at the end of the shift. Inspect public areas throughout the shift to ensure the resort remains clean, organized, and guest-ready. Coordinate overnight guest requests with housekeeping, maintenance, and security as needed. Deliver guest amenities, packages, and other requested items, and assist with guest transportation when required. Identify opportunities to promote room upgrades and other resort offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Prepare shift reports and communicate important operational updates and guest concerns to the morning leadership team. Serve as the primary supervisor on duty during overnight hours, ensuring the safety, security, and satisfaction of guests and team members. Follow all resort policies, procedures, safety standards, and brand service expectations. Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory experience and a minimum of one to two years of front desk experience in a hotel or resort environment; luxury hospitality experience preferred. Experience performing night audit procedures, cash handling, and reconciling daily financial transactions. Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS), Microsoft Office applications, and general computer software. Professional appearance and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and support team members. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds; valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification are a plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
