About the Role:
The main purpose of the Senior Transformation Solution Consultant role is to drive and manage significant organizational changes by developing and implementing strategic solutions. This position exists to help organizations navigate complex transformations, improve operational efficiency, and achieve business goals. The employee is expected to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, create and execute strategic plans, and ensure successful adoption of new systems and procedures. Ultimately, the goal is to enhance overall performance and deliver sustainable, high-quality outcomes for the organization
Technical Skills:

Project Management:

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and IT infrastructure.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyse and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel knowledge

Soft Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:
These responsibilities ensure that the Senior Transformation Solution Consultant can effectively lead and manage transformation initiatives, driving significant improvements in business performance and operational efficiency.
Project Management:

• Lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.   

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns.

Business Analysis:

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize business operations. Solution Design and Implementation:
• Design innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with business goals.

Change Management:

• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions.
• Train and support staff during the implementation of new systems and processes.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance.
• Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and solutions

About You:

Basic Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  Experience:
• At least 5-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on transformation projects

The pay range for this position is €24,900 to €33,550 gross/annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
