About the role We are looking for a dynamic and organized intern to join our People & Culture team, offering a comprehensive hands-on experience in Human Resources within a luxury hospitality environment. What you will do Support the administrative activities of the Human Resources department, including document management, record updates, and preparation of employee documentation. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and participation in career fairs. Collaborate in the organization of training and development initiatives, as well as internal employee programs. Support employee engagement, recognition, and employee experience initiatives, including internal events and recognition programs. Participate in the preparation of internal communications and promote People & Culture best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement projects by bringing forward new ideas and solutions to optimize processes. What you bring Interest in Human Resources and the Hospitality industry. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English. Proactive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
