About the location: Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island. About the role The People & Culture Intern plays an integral role in supporting the Human Resources team, gaining hands-on experience across key areas such as Internal Communications, Employee Experience and Admin. This internship offers a full immersion into HR operations within the luxury hospitality sector, allowing you to develop your skills, creativity, and passion for people while contributing to the hotel’s culture of excellence. Reporting to the People & Culture department, you will work closely with team members to ensure that our employees receive the best possible support and experience. What you will do Internal Communication Contribute to internal communication projects, ensuring all platforms (notice boards, TV screens, internal social media, etc.) are regularly updated. Employee Experience Assist in organizing internal employee events and activities led by People & Culture, such as staff meetings, recognition events, and celebrations. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including housing arrangements, employee allocation, communications, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth integration. Manage the employee shuttle service, including route coordination and scheduling General tasks: Ensure administrative records are accurate and up to date, monitoring pending requirements and supporting day-to-day HR administrative activities, such as mandatory HSE (PRL) training completion, medical examinations and tracking spreadsheets for locker allocation What you bring Education: Student currently pursuing a degree or master in Hospitality, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish. Organization: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of service. Attention to detail: Careful and precise in handling administrative tasks, documentation, and communication to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaboration: Proactive and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and cooperatively. Initiative: Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Passion: Motivation to create meaningful experiences for employees and contribute to a positive workplace culture following the Golden Rule. Technical skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with LMS platforms or content creation tools such as Canva, Articulate, or Captivate is an advantage. Professionalism: Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility. Legal right to work in Spain.
