This position for a Mechanical Engineer is located at the Head Office in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, within the MEP, SUSTAINABILITY & HSE Department - General Services Group. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC systems, project management, and facility operations to ensure optimal performance and sustainability for various mechanical engineering tasks.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from an HEC recognized institute / university. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 8 + years of experience in the relevant field.
Skills Required:
- Using AutoCAD
- Working with MS Office
- Managing projects with MS Project
- Operating BMS software
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining HVAC systems and optimizing performance (VRF, chillers, split systems)
- Managing elevator operations and coordinating with vendors while ensuring safety standards
- Overseeing multi-location facilities and ensuring smooth operational management
- Planning preventive maintenance while managing budgets and controlling costs.
