As Government Advisory Careers specialists, we advise and guide transformations within the public sector. Your role as a Senior Associate means you will be part of an ambitious and people-oriented team. We are independent professionals, don't see each other daily, but are always connected. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely on assignments with colleagues who are involved in strategy, technology, financial advisory, and program management, among other things. You not only proactively support the team and our clients where necessary, but also increasingly take control of (sub)projects within our assignments. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You want to advance your career at a high-performance organization.
- You have a minimum of three years of work experience, for example at another consulting firm, a ministry or an implementing organization.
- You find it interesting to tackle new issues in a practical and creative way and help organizations realize changes.
- You want to make a social impact in the public sector, especially at implementing organizations and ministries.
- You have completed a Master's degree in a related field, such as public administration or business administration, criminology, organizational psychology, law or change management.
- You are a good listener and know how to ask probing questions and challenge the status quo.
- You have affinity with organizational, process and/or change issues and project-based work.
- You can distinguish between main and side issues and function under pressure and with deadlines.
- You possess excellent Dutch communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You enjoy working in a (multidisciplinary) team and also work easily independently.
