Job Qualifications Role Requirements: Technical Problem Solving & Innovative Critical Thinking: Ability to guide technical project direction, critically analyze complex problems, and enable innovation to create new products, processes, or capabilities through packaging expertise. Strategic Leadership: Skill in developing and leading iterative learning plans, setting clear priorities for technical plans, and integrating diverse approaches like first-principle modeling and resource planning. Technical Documentation: Skill in thoroughly documenting learnings and insights. Prerequisites: Education: M.Sc or M.Tech from top universities with 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience OR PhD in Science or Engineering from top universities with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Packaging Expertise: In-depth knowledge of materials, packaging engineering, and translating consumer needs into superior packaging experiences, Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement systemic fixes.
