What You’ll Do: Keep purchasing and reimbursements running smoothly: Create and track Purchase Orders (POs) and act as the go-to expert for business travel and expenses, supporting employees and ensuring accurate, on-time settlements and best in class Employee Experience. Create a great in-office experience: Support office events and HR initiatives (e.g., benefit days), support senior leadership visits and key business touchpoints and manage room bookings and on-site logistics.
