We are seeking a senior and experienced Workday Integration Architecture Lead to join our growing Workday practice. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the design authority for Workday Financial integration, ensuring our clients achieve an implementation that is robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with their business objectives. This role involves driving Workday financial project’s integration stream, leading design and implementation of client's integration landscape in Workday, and serving as the technical leader for integration architecture, delivery quality, and stakeholder engagement. Key tasks include owning the end-to-end integration landscape for Workday Financials / HCM, translating business requirements into scalable integration architectures, and using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge cloud platform technology and technology consulting.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• 6–10+ years in integrations with strong hands-on experience delivering Workday integrations; significant focus on Workday Financials or HCM integrations.
• Proven experience in Workday integrations, middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), and stakeholder management.
• Requires strong technical leadership and the ability to translate business needs into integration architecture.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and RaaS.
• Strong XSLT/XPath/XML/JSON transformation skills; data mapping and error handling.
• Extensive background in secure file/API integrations (SFTP, OAuth2, certificates, PGP), scheduling, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
