As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Curriculum Rollout:
  • Collaborate with Lines of Service (LoS) to implement training curricula.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training sessions.
  • Learning Management System Management:
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with current training programs and participant records.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to the LMS and provide support to users.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Organize and manage logistics for training courses, including venue selection/ booking, training materials preparation, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training events.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and maintain reports on training activities, attendance, and feedback to assess program effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding Program Facilitation:
  • Assist in facilitating onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Support new employees in accessing training resources and understanding development opportunities.
  • Support for Professional Qualifications:
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for professional qualifications programs within the Learning and Development area.
  • Assist employees in scheduling exams, registering for courses, and accessing study materials.
  • Track and report on progress and completion rates of professional qualifications.
  • Others:
  • Support L&D Projects.

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
