The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. Your future role will involve supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces under the guidance of senior developers. You will assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions, participate in debugging and optimizing existing SAP programs to improve performance, and collaborate with functional consultants and other team members to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions. Key responsibilities include documenting development work and contributing to team knowledge sharing, learning and applying SAP programming best practices and development standards, supporting testing activities (including unit and integration testing), and continuously developing your technical skills and SAP knowledge through training and mentoring. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Min 3 years of experience or internships in SAP ABAP development or related SAP programming roles
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Basic understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts (reports, modules, data dictionary objects, forms)
- Willingness to learn object-oriented programming and SAP enhancement techniques
- Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
