The Internal Firm Services (IFS) department provides services to PwC network companies and clients worldwide, supporting key business and operational processes. The NL People Services team supports a client from the Netherlands in implementing HR processes related to the employee lifecycle. The team works in an international environment, providing comprehensive operational support and collaborating with various stakeholders on the client's side.
PwC Service Delivery Center Poland, located in Katowice and Warsaw, is looking for an HR professional to join its dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting global HR operations and ensuring seamless employee lifecycle processes.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience in HR operations.
- Very good knowledge of English and Dutch (min. B2).
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel).
- Analytical skills.
- Highly developed communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to organize work and set priorities.
- Readiness to work in a dynamic international environment.
- Knowledge of Workday or ServiceNow systems will be an additional asset.
