As part of the Strategy& team, you will be part of project teams working directly with the boards of dynamic companies, synthesizing various data from analyses, research, industry interviews, and brainstorming sessions to build recommendations tailored to client needs on the largest strategic and transformational projects in Poland, the CEE region, and globally.
Your Future Role:
- Participation in building project recommendations for development strategy, sales and marketing, company restructuring and reorganization projects, transactional support projects (due diligence, PMI, VCP), and support in achieving operational excellence for our clients.
- Ongoing contact and daily cooperation with the project team and our clients' management.
- Support in the implementation of strategic consulting project modules conducted for clients from various sectors in Poland and other European countries.
- Responsibility for preparing analyses and creating and verifying hypotheses.
- Creating storylines and presentation flows using the Hypothesis Based Problem Solving framework.
- Real impact on the development of Strategy& in Poland, e.g., through participation in Business Development initiatives, creation of sales offers, participation in events promoting Strategy&, and support for other team members working within a common project area.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You have 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, consulting firm experience is welcome.
- You have a higher education in economics or technical fields (preferred specializations: economics, management, finance, quantitative methods, mathematics, physics).
- You are fluent in English and Polish.
- You enjoy solving non-trivial business problems.
- You have excellent analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
- You can communicate clearly and effectively with experienced professionals at the board level.
- You can manage your time and prioritize tasks.
Nice to Have:
- Do you already have initial experience gained in strategic consulting projects? Great, that's an additional asset, remember to include it in your CV and tell us about it during recruitment.
- Knowledge of additional tools – programming languages, GenAI, or specialized industry tools.
