Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in business development, consulting support, or similar roles (professional services preferred).
- Analytical Capability: Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail in data handling, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Reporting & Presentations: Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations with professionalism.
- Pipeline & Proposal Management: Demonstrated experience supporting pipeline management and proposal development.
- Organizational Skills: Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a matrixed and fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively, with strong written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders.
