Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications Qualifications · Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a similar field · At least 10—18 years agency/design studio/in-house experience in graphic design, art direction, digital design, and package design within the beauty industry. · Design leadership skills to represent design in key decisions making processes · Experience leading a team and external agency partners. · Experience working on Japan market required · Strong understanding in basic print production management · Sophisticated, visual design aesthetic. · Strong communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written. · Strong project management and organization skills.
