Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications What you'll bring (must-have) 4+ years in an engineering role (Software, Data, Integration, Platform or Site Reliability Engineer). Experience integrating systems via RESTful APIs (event-driven/messaging a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fast learner of new technologies. English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer / Systems / Industrial Engineering, Software Development or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM / ITAM / CMDB platforms (configuration or development).
