To strengthen our Assurance team in the Madrid office, we are seeking Senior Financial Audit professionals to join our team and lead audit projects for companies in various sectors.
The selected individual will play a key role in the review and analysis of financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance and the quality of accounting information, as well as identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute complete financial audits, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements and internal controls.
- Identify risk areas, propose recommendations, and support the implementation of improvements.
- Supervise and train junior teams, ensuring the quality and efficiency of work.
- Prepare clear and precise reports for management and clients.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in the sector.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial auditing.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, including IFRS and/or GAAP.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a team and manage projects.
- High level of English.
