Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager supports the design, coordination, and execution of expansion Project of NSTP, Special economic Zone management, incubation, innovation, and ecosystem development initiatives at the Science & Technology Park. This is an execution-focused developmental role designed to groom the incumbent toward independent program leadership through structured exposure to innovation program management.
· Serve as operational point of contact for assigned NSTP based innovation programs
· Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
· Track milestones, deliverables, and KPIs of projects and startup/companies
· Monitor submissions, participation, and compliance requirements.
· Escalate operational challenges faced under project and programs.
· Support IP facilitation coordination with internal IP teams.
· Support annual tenant evaluation exercises and data validation.
· Cross functional support on activities assigned

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Qualification:Essential
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline from HEC recognised University/ Instiute.
Desirable
MS in Electrical, Electronic, AI or Computer Sciences,
MS/MBA along with Bachelor's of Engineering will be given preference
Experience:
Essential
3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or program management
Desirable
work experience in incubation, startup/entrepreneurial ecosystems will be preferred
General Conditions:
Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional). Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.
