As an Enhancements Data SSIS Analytics - Senior Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing data infrastructure and systems to support efficient data processing and analysis
- Implementing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to convert raw data into actionable insights
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure Data Factory to enhance data engineering capabilities
- Managing and optimizing data warehouses, including Snowflake and Databricks platforms, to improve data accessibility and performance
- Applying analytical thinking and critical problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth
- Developing and maintaining data architecture and data models to support scalable and reliable data solutions
- Confirming data quality and security through validation and adherence to best practices in database management
- Leading teams in the execution of data-driven projects, fostering an environment of learning and innovation

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- What You Must Have:
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
