In this role, you will bring together deep technical expertise, commercial acumen and leadership capability to help our clients solve complex security challenges and to grow our cyber practice across the region. This leadership role involves overseeing the Cyber Defense consulting practice across Southeast Asia, developing innovative solutions to protect clients against evolving cyber threats, and maintaining strategic alliances with key technology partners including Microsoft, Google, Palo Alto Networks, and other leading cyber defense solution providers to enhance PwC’s security offerings. You will drive strategic partnership initiatives, lead revenue growth for the Cyber Defense practice with a strong focus on Managed Security Services, develop go-to-market strategies, and collaborate across GTM practices to identify new business opportunities. The position requires leading large-scale cyber transformation programs for enterprise clients, managing and influencing senior stakeholders, building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, and mentoring a team of cybersecurity professionals while staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and demonstrating thought leadership in the domain of enterprise security and digital transformation.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 15+ years of experience in cyber security, with significant exposure to cyber defense and transformation programs.
- Extensive experience in cyber defense, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Proven ability to maintain and lead alliances with key technology vendors such as Google Cloud, Palo Alto Networks, and other cyber defense providers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security tools, Palo Alto security products, and their integration.
- Proven leadership skills managing teams, strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in Managed Security Services for business development and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at senior and executive levels within large enterprises.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) preferred.
- Education: Bachelor Degree preferred.
