As an Identity Security Consultant at PwC, your pivotal role will involve delivering advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM, PAM, CIAM) projects for diverse clients, designing and implementing innovative IAM/CIAM solutions to enhance security and operational efficiency. You will identify opportunities for improvement, prepare essential implementation materials, lead small to medium-sized technical teams, and manage project delivery. Key responsibilities include configuring, operating, and troubleshooting various IGA/PAM/CIAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, Microsoft, ForgeRock, Ping, and Okta, while applying modern DevOps principles in IAM/CIAM environments. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IGA/PAM/CIAM solutions (6 years for Senior position).
- Strong knowledge of identity governance, privileged access, and customer identity management processes.
- Experience in technical leadership and project management.
- Practical skills in installing, upgrading, and operating IAM/CIAM tools.
- Good understanding of DevOps principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Communicate fluently in English and Polish.
Nice to have:
- Experience managing multiple IAM/CIAM projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in IAM, CIAM, cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP), or project management.
- Familiarity with ISO27k or NIST security standards.
