Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Higher education (economic/financial fields welcome) and full availability to take up employment (required).
- Experience in work or internships in the area of finance, e.g., Audit, controlling, accounting, SSC (required).
- Proficiency in new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- Readiness to work in an environment where technology and AI are an integral part of business processes, and actively seeking new ways to improve them.
- Seeking change and wanting to accelerate your career.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability.
- Motivated to learn, quickly assimilate knowledge, and apply it in practice.
- High communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Readiness to work in a project-based and hybrid mode (min. 2 days a week working from the office or at the client's premises).
