In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and schedule. You will utilize strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders, supporting various initiatives from IT Project Manager roles to broader Project Management Careers and Project Portfolio Management.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Ability to facilitate meetings and handle conflicts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro.
- Good communication, empathy, and servant leadership spirit.
- Experience acting as a facilitator for the agile team, promoting ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
- Experience in removing impediments that hinder team progress.
- Experience in monitoring agile metrics (such as velocity, lead time, burndown).
Differentiators:
- Experience with distributed/remote teams.
- Additional certifications (KMP, SAFe, LeSS, ICP-ACC).
- Experience in DevOps or digital transformation environments.
- Knowledge of agile metrics and OKRs.
- Graduation in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
