- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Communicating and collaborating with line managers on role requirements and descriptions of the vacancies.
- Proactively source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels, including passive channels and networking, allowing you to better attract and engage with the candidates.
- To proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, maintain data integrity in multiple internal systems.
- Mediating between candidates and hiring managers to complete the hiring procces.
- Represent the firm at various recruitment events, including career fairs, recruitment talks, etc.
- Identify hiring priorities and develop employer brand and recruitment marketing plans.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events: career fairs, office visits, conferences & campus activations.

- Preferred skills:
- Experience in full lifecycle experienced recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding active and passive candidates in an executive search firm, recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team.
- Successful track record delivering the full lateral/experienced recruitment process, including hiring manager communication, providing talent mix/ talent availability recommendations, preparing and posting job descriptions, performing direct sourcing, screening candidates, delivering approved talent assessments, coordinating interviews, and, selling the Firm brand from offer negotiation to closing and onboarding.
- Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written business communication skills, emphasising the ability to tailor messages appropriately by audience.
- Experience working with Hiring Leaders and the interview support teams to confirm candidates are assessed consistently against defined interview standards and in accordance with all quality and DEI requirements.
- Ability to understand and interpret data while collaborating with key stakeholders to identify actionable insights for continuous improvement and make better decisions that ultimately drives quality in hires.
- Experience with managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle to establish compliance, consistency, and quality.
- Minimum years experience required: 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Education: Bachelor Degree.
