Our Concierge team plays a vital role in ensuring guests feel supported, informed, and cared for at all times, no matter the hour. Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Night Concierge to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for a confident and self‑sufficient hospitality professional who thrives working independently and delivering personalised service overnight. The role As Night Concierge, you will be responsible for managing all Concierge services during overnight hours, acting as the key point of contact for guest requests, enquiries, and communication. A key focus of this role is the preparation and management of guest itineraries, ensuring plans are organised, accurate, and ready for the day ahead. This is an essential part of the role and plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless guest experience from morning onwards. This role requires strong organisation, excellent written communication, and the ability to prioritise effectively while working independently. You will ensure service continuity overnight, maintain clear communication, and deliver detailed and accurate handovers to the day team.
