What You'll be Doing
The Buying Trainee supports the team across both operational and commercial aspects of buying, helping bring collections to life from planning through to sale. The role involves assisting with product selection, preparing buy files, monitoring trends and stock performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams during launches.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the buying team in the operational aspects of buying and in-season trading (collection briefing to central team, buy file preparation, merchandising calendars updates)
  
• Buying Admin tasks (item creation)
  
• Assisting buying team with product selection
  
• Monitoring in season trend for each market as well as trend forecast
  
• Monitoring quality of stock related to seasonal collection
  
• Working with cross functional teams to support collection launches monitoring the product lifestyle from launch to sale
  

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point mainly)
  
• Numerical skills
  
• Fashion, retail oriented
  
• Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written
  
• An eye for details and consistency
