Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are seeking an experienced System Architect to support a large-scale digital and operational transformation initiative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures, with a strong emphasis on healthcare environments and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• The candidate will be responsible for defining architecture standards, integration strategies, and ensuring seamless data exchange across enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with architectural guidelines, evaluate system performance, and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability. You will also support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maintain detailed architecture documentation.
• Strong technical expertise is required in enterprise integration, including API design, middleware, and data transformation. Hands-on experience with technologies such as HL7/FHIR, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, cloud platforms, and integration tools like Mirth Connect is preferred. Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA and tools like JIRA is an added advantage.
• Hospital/healthcare experience is mandatory, with proven exposure to HIS/EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health, or similar systems.
• Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in system architecture, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Arabic and English.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performing systems with a focus on Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and enterprise integrations.
• The candidate must have hands-on experience in system design, architecture frameworks, and integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and data transformation techniques. Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR is essential. Experience working with HIS/EMR platforms like Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health, or similar systems is mandatory.
• From a technical standpoint, the candidate should be proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and middleware tools such as Mirth Connect. Exposure to enterprise platforms like SAP S/4HANA and tools like JIRA is an added advantage.
• The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate system performance and drive improvements. Experience in healthcare projects, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Arabic communication skills are preferred, along with fluency in English.
