To successfully manage these projects, we are looking for a driven Medior IT Project Manager to strengthen our team. You will work from our office in Utrecht, with the option to collaborate with colleagues from Amsterdam. You will join a close-knit Project Management team of 10 professionals within PwC NL's internal IT organization. In this role, you bear ultimate responsibility for achieving project results within the defined frameworks of scope, planning, quality, and budget. An essential part of your role is proactively informing the steering committee and involved stakeholders about progress, risks, and important decisions. This is what you will do: You will pick up IT projects from the initiation phase and ensure that project proposals are firmly established. From writing a PID to elaborating detailed plans, you maintain an overview from start to finish. During execution, you manage progress, quality, and budget, and know when to adjust where necessary. In this role, you will be involved in, among other things: Realizing project results within the established frameworks of scope, lead time, quality, and budget; Continuously monitoring planning, scope, and costs, so that deviations are identified and addressed in a timely manner; Identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks by implementing appropriate measures; Creating and maintaining all project artifacts, including deliverables, milestones, resource planning, quality criteria, and financial overviews. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- A completed HBO or WO education;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable IT project management role;
- Experience with both agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies;
- A natural talent for stakeholder management at various levels;
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
