Job Location WARSAW DOWNTOWN OFFICE Job Description The Opportunity We are looking for an Operations Manager/Blue Prism Platform Manager to lead operational excellence for our Blue Prism RPA platform while managing a shared, cross-platform engineering team operating in a global follow-the-sun model. This role is critical to ensuring service reliability, platform resiliency, compliance, and security across a multi-platform environment. You will work closely with internal customers / Service Lines, engineering teams, product partners, security and compliance stakeholders, and platform leadership to keep services stable, drive operational improvements, and enable delivery of platform change.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Significant experience in IT Operations, Platform Operations, Production Support, or Engineering Operations roles. Demonstrated experience working with internal customers and stakeholders to deliver service reliability and operational improvements. Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models. Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-moving environments.
