As our new Client Relationship Associate - Russian Speaker, you will: Support a portfolio of international clients, ensuring a high‑quality, seamless service experience across immigration, residency, citizenship, and tax‑related processes. Prepare, review, and submit forms, applications, and documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Translate documents between Russian and English, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout their journey. Assist clients and their families during their visits to Malta, ensuring a smooth and well‑coordinated experience. Collaborate with colleagues across the Private Clients team to provide holistic support throughout the residency and relocation lifecycle. Build strong working relationships with local authorities, public institutions, and private service providers. Develop a strong understanding of local systems, procedures, and regulatory frameworks relevant to client needs. Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and solutions‑oriented team culture. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Is fluent in and can communicate confidently and professionally in Russian and English.
- Has prior experience in a client‑facing role.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Shows a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Works well independently and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Builds positive and trust‑based relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Languages, Accounting or a relating field, as well as experience in corporate services or a similar professional setting will be considered an asset.
