Asset and Wealth Managed Services (“AWMS”) is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for seasoned professionals to join us. We are Singapore’s leading
Asset and Wealth Management team, and you will experience a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of fund managers clients and companies looking to apply for a
Capital Markets Services license by the
Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) (the “clients’) and will work as part of a team to achieve and meet their needs. You’ll work as part of a fast-growing team of subject matter experts with extensive industry experience in areas relating to
regulatory compliance,
risk and
internal controls. Your clients include leading local, regional and global
asset managers, alternative
asset managers (private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds and venture capital),
wealth management, digital
wealth managers, digital assets and other
capital market intermediaries. Digital alliances and digital solutions are core to the delivery of our services to clients.

Developing and driving programs and initiatives to strengthen client relationships and strategic client experience. Conducting research and analysis, such as industry research, account performance, company profiling, monitoring competitor information, and identifying industry trends to support client development activities. Proactively identifying, pursuing and driving new business leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients. Advocating recommendations based on an understanding of the business, wins, and pipeline. Working closely with internal stakeholders in
regulatory compliance, fund structuring, tax teams etc to develop proposals that meet client needs Providing support on proposals and other BD initiatives as required. Assisting with business planning and management reporting.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a business development role
- Experience in key account management and client development
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Good business acumen with growth mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables are met within timeline
- Experience in a professional service and/or network firm would be advantageous
