Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an experienced Chef de Rang to join the team at Bar Antoine. The role As Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in delivering a relaxed yet refined service experience across Bar Antoine. You will take ownership of your section, building rapport with guests, delivering confident recommendations, and ensuring every interaction feels natural, warm, and personalised. This is a fast paced, high visibility role that blends restaurant and bar service, requiring strong product knowledge, a sense of flow, and the ability to create an engaging atmosphere.
