This position in the Operations Group, located in Lahore, falls under Grade Band-4 to Band-2. The role encompasses overall operational support and management of key deliverables. Key responsibilities include financial settlements and reconciliations for Credit Card Issuing & Merchant Acquiring, Cards & Mail Management Unit, Dispute Resolution & Chargeback for Domestic Switch & Payment Schemes, Domestic Switch Reconciliation & Settlements (ATM, UBPS & Fin-techs), Branchless Banking Operations Management (Financial & Non-Financial services for beneficiaries, Agent On-boarding and Reconciliations), and periodic reporting to SBP, Payment Schemes, Internal & External stakeholders.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 8 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application.
