Senior Manager level person to join us in our
Corporate Finance services. How will you value-add? You will be the lead advisor to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, take-overs, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance work. You will be expected to independently run and deliver on pitches as well as engagements under the overall guidance of the Corporate Finance Partners. Varied and challenging, the work also presents an opportunity to work in a supportive and stimulating team based environment.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Relevant University Degree(s) and/or MBA qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses.
- Proven experience and success in Deal Origination, Deal Execution and Project Management.
- Dynamic personality with ability to demonstrate leadership and inspire trust to clients.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication ability as well as strong analytical and evaluation skills; whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environment.
- Enjoy working as part of a multi-cultural team.
- A self-starter with high level of initiative.
- A positive attitude and strong organisational skills are essential.
