Responsible for being a link of control and supervision of the development of activities planned for one or more projects assigned by the Manager. Support in the definition and verification of project execution schedules. Coordinate with each client the monitoring of project progress and anticipate their needs. Design, manage and update salary structures, bands and ranges, performing competitiveness analysis based on market studies and formulating evidence-based adjustment recommendations. Design and administer variable bonus and incentive schemes, ensuring transparency, equity and regulatory compliance. Perform job valuations using PwC methodologies, as well as design organizational structures and manage job catalogs. Prepare executive reports and dashboards on salary analysis, internal gaps, equity and market trends. Develop and maintain compensation policies, ensuring internal consistency and alignment with organizational strategy. Accompany compensation processes within the framework of commercial and business relationships. Perform market benchmarks in terms of benefits and compensation. Provide support in events and processes related to compensation. Analyze complex information and prepare clear, strategic, and decision-oriented executive presentations. Conduct personnel selection processes, preferably at a managerial level, from candidate search and evaluation to the preparation and presentation of the final report. Demonstrate strong exposition, influence, and organizational skills, oriented towards achieving results and effective client relationship management.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Minimum Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources / Compensation consulting.
• Education:
  • Higher education in Commercial Engineering, Human Resources Engineering, Organizational Psychology or related fields.
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Engineering.
• Language Skills: English (Intermediate – Advanced level).
• Software Proficiency: Office (Advanced level).
• HR Profile:
  • Participation in human resources projects.
  • Knowledge of good human resources practices and methodologies.
