Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Main Tasks:
- Contribute to the monitoring of collections and participate in the preparation / dissemination of collection statements and ensure follow-up of returns.
- Verification, entry, and accounting of collections.
- Daily reconciliations & reliability of client positions.
- Prepare monthly collection reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting.
- Ensure relations with banks.
- Monitor and improve banking conditions.
- Monitor withholding tax certificates / TEJ: compliance & reminders.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking); ideally Power BI/Reporting.
- Knowledge of the collection–cash–matching–reconciliation cycle.
- Comfort with ERP/accounting tools and information systems.
- Notions of taxation related to settlements (withholding tax / certificates).
- Exchange regulations and associated compliance requirements for foreign currency operations.
Behavioral Skills:

- Sense of internal service, diplomacy & firmness in follow-up.
- Organization, priority management, analytical spirit.
- Written/oral communication (clients, banks, internal).

Profile Sought:
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Finance/Accounting/Management.
- Confirmed experience of 3-5 years in finance oriented towards “clients & banks”.
- Experience in an international environment is a plus.
- Fluent French; professional English.
