Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in instructional design, training design, or digital learning.
- Experience gained in a corporate environment or professional services firms.
- Preferred education in instructional design, learning sciences, educational technology, psychology, pedagogy, multimedia design, or a related field.
- Very good knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Required experience in designing classroom training and preferred experience in designing e-learning training.
- Very good knowledge of tools (especially Articulate) and LMS/LXP platforms.
- Experience in managing training projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- High analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creativity, a sense of learner experience, and storytelling.
- Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of German will be a significant asset.
