Job Qualifications What We Look For: You will have a great telephone manner and have experience of delivering customer service on the phone. It is essential that you have had experience of working in a busy contact center environment and enjoy the fast pace and meeting high customer standards at all times. Strong organisation and multi tasking skills, a high level of accuracy and a genuine interest in helping customers. Experience using CRM systems is helpful, but confidence using phone and ordering systems more broadly is also valuable.
